Return Shipping Instructions
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com BEFORE returning any items so we can provide the correct return details, including the return shipping address and a return authorization number.
You will receive a RA # which is the number you would need to attach to the item or hand-write on the label.
Please note: The return shipping warehouse address is NOT the same as our office address. All returns must go through firstname.lastname@example.org for proper routing and timely refunds.
Braided Rugs offer a 60-Day Risk-Free In-Home Trial wherever possible except for customized rugs (Colonial Mills or Angie Mountain) and products sold through our Clearance Section. The Handling and Processing fee of $8.50 (if applicable) on your original order is non-refundable.
A $10 fee or 15% restocking fee applies on all returns (whichever is higher)
Please note that customer is responsible for payment of the return shipping charges. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged.
Products must be returned in the original and sellable condition. No refunds will be issued if there are any signs of usage, including pet hair or use of a vacuum beater brush which voids the warranty.
Items must be returned in similar packaging material as received. Rugs must be rolled and wrapped around the tube to prevent any damage. The rug then must be wrapped well in an outer protective packaging.
Please note: NO adhesive/ tape should be placed directly on the rug. Using such material WILL cause damage to the rug. The RMA number MUST be on the outside or inside of the package
Please allow 10-14 days of item being received for the credit to be issued and reflected back to your account.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) indicated on the returned item or shipping label. Returns that are received without an RA# or are shipped to the wrong address will incur additional freight costs and a 20% service fee.
No returns will be accepted after the 60-day trial period has expired. Clearance Outlet, personalized, custom-made and sample items are not returnable unless there is damage or a defect. In that case, we will gladly provide you a replacement.
