Return Shipping Instructions

To initiate a return,  please contact us at sales@braided-rugs.com BEFORE returning any items so we can provide the correct return details, including the return shipping address and a return authorization number.

You will receive an RA # which is to be written on the outside of the package.

Please note: The return shipping warehouse address is DIFFERENT from our office address. All returns must go through sales@braided-rugs.com for proper routing and timely refunds.

Return Policy

Braided Rugs offers a 60-­Day Risk-­Free In-­Home Trial for our rug collections, except for customized rugs (Colonial Mills or Angie Mountain) and Clearance items. 

A return fee of $10 or 15% of the purchase price (whichever is greater) will be applied.

Please be aware that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, we are not liable for any lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Repackaging:

Products must be returned in their original, sellable condition. Refunds will not be granted if there are signs of use, such as pet hair or damage from a vacuum beater brush, as this will void the warranty.

Items should be returned in packaging similar to what was initially provided. Rugs must be rolled and wrapped around a tube to avoid damage and then securely wrapped in protective outer packaging.

Please note: Do not apply adhesive or tape directly to the rug, as this will damage it. The RA number must be clearly visible on the outside or inside of the package.

Important:

Please allow 10-14 days of receiving the item for the credit to be issued and reflected back to your account. 

All returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA#) on either the returned item or the shipping label. Returns without an RA# or sent to the wrong address will incur extra shipping charges and a 20% service fee.

Returns will not be accepted after the 60-day trial period has ended. Items purchased from Clearance Outlet and personalized, custom-made, and sample products are non-returnable except in cases of damage or defect. In such instances, we will be happy to provide a replacement.
